As you may or may not know, Heavy Frequency is a local music site on the web that does several good things for the musicians in the area. Annualy they give awards to celebrate the best that local music (rock, hard rock, and metal specifically) has to offer. We would greatly appretiate your help in trying to reach one of these awards...and with your help, we might just get there. You must first register on the forum and you will be able to submit your nominations, and later your vote. Everything is explained well and is easy to do...so if we could just ask kindly for your help. Just visit this link
www.heavyfrequency.com and from the top tool bar select resources, then forum. You may either post or email your nominations. (read instructions carefully)
Enjoy the cold weather...-ms. dank

On the move.. - September 26, 2006
We've added a few new dates for the end of October with some of KC's most premier local bands..so be sure to check out one if not both of the shows. ALSO, we will be taking some time to write some new material while recording the stuff we have perfected. Hopefully it will be out by the holiday season so we can all enjoy some dank nog when it gets chilly. And remember...the dank boys HATE cold weather, so as everything in nature dies, we too slow to a hibernating state of rock. We will be writing and recording mostly during the winter months, so if you can catch a show sometime soon, do it...it might be the last one in your area until the sun unthaws our cold rock'n'roll hearts. Who am i kidding...our hearts burn yearround with a love of music, we just don't like playing rodie in the harsh midwest weather...but don't you worry, we're not going anywhere. Infact, we are already closer than you think.
